I am an amateur photographer living in Dublin, Ireland. Photography is just my hobby but one I get lots of enjoyment out of and one that I enjoy learning from.

Over the last couple of years since I started taking photography more seriously I’ve come to the conclusion that the type of photography I prefer is an event and photojournalism style. Going to events and taking photographs to tell a story about what has happened appeals to me far more than any other type of photography. Maybe it is curiosity and an interest in current affairs, people and politics. Maybe it’s the challenge of not knowing what will happen or what photos I will take that. 

Of course while I say I prefer photo journalism type photos I found that while creating this website the photographs I first uploaded were all travel and landscape photographs.
